How much detailing is involved. Within any one collection, the simplest design and the most elaborate one can be a few hundred rupees apart. Extra flowers, additional ribbon work, multiple accent colors: all of it adds production time, and production time is most of what you’re paying for with a handmade product.

Personalization. Good news here: engraving a name or “Qabool Hai” is included at no extra cost on most of our designs. You don’t need to budget separately for that part.

Shipping speed. This is where people sometimes get caught off guard, because it’s separate from the pen’s price. Standard nationwide delivery is PKR 350 flat. If you need it faster, express delivery is available across Pakistan for an additional PKR 2,000, cutting delivery time down to roughly 1–3 days after your design is approved instead of the standard window.

How payment actually works

We ask for a 50% advance payment before production starts. That’s what confirms the order and gets your pen into the queue. The remaining balance is due on delivery, paid Cash on Delivery. Advance payment can be made via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Because every pen is made to order rather than pulled off a shelf, that advance is what actually kicks off the handcrafting process, so it’s not just a formality.

Is it worth paying more for a pricier design?

Depends what you’re optimizing for. If the pen’s mainly a functional part of the ceremony and won’t get much attention afterward, a simpler design in any collection does the job perfectly well. If you’re planning to keep it as a long-term keepsake, or it’s going to be front-and-center in your Nikkah photos, the extra detailing on a higher-end piece tends to show up more in the final pictures than people expect.
