Qalam Nigar is a handcrafted pen brand based in Lahore, Pakistan, specializing in premium pens for Nikkah signatures and special occasions. We sell handmade, dip, metal, and jute pens crafted with care and attention to detail.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with us, visiting our website, or communicating with us via WhatsApp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, we kindly ask you not to place an order.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honored at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. We require a 50% advance payment before production begins. The remaining balance is payable as Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, images, logo, and design elements are the sole property of QalamNigar.pk. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of any of our content — whether for personal or commercial purposes — is strictly prohibited. We reserve the full right to take legal action against any individual or business found copying, stealing, or misusing our images, content, or brand identity without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Qalam Nigar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
