Cancellation Policy
Everything you need to know about cancelling your order
Dear valued customer, we understand that sometimes plans change. We have tried to make our cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible for both sides. Please read through the details below carefully before placing your order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We accept cancellation requests under certain conditions. Since every pen at Qalam Nigar is made specially for you, the sooner you let us know, the better we can help.
Cancellation Within 12 Hours
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it and making the advance payment. In this case, we will be happy to refund your advance payment in full, as production may not have started yet.
Cancellation After 12 Hours
If you request a cancellation after 12 hours, production on your pen may already be underway. In such cases, the advance payment is non-refundable as materials and time have already been committed to your order.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for further details on what to do if you no longer wish to keep your order.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please message us directly on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Kindly include your order details so we can locate and review your order quickly.
Custom & Engraved Orders
Please note that custom and engraved pens enter production very quickly after order confirmation. We strongly encourage you to review all your details carefully before placing a customized order, as cancellations for such orders may not be possible even within the 12-hour window if production has already begun.
